Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 153(A), 295(A), 379, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case approximately 150 persons have been made accused on the written report submitted by Junior Engineer, MANREGA. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2018.

Considering the fact that nearly 150 persons have been made accused and there is no specific overt act

No.35861 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 alleged against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad (T) Police Station Case No.101 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
