Petitioner is accused in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019 registered under Sections 364/34 of the I.P.C. and subsequently, sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the I.P.C. was added.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 75870 of 2019 on 28.11.2019. Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2019.
