Case No. 35 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner, who is aged about 62 years, is in custody since 02.05.2018. He further submits that the petitioner was apprehended in this case in connection with seizure of approximately 6 litres of foreign liquor. Considering the age of the petitioner and the fact that he has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
