2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific overt act has been alleged against her, who happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80265 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Dalsingsarai in Vidyapati Nagar Ghatho Police Station Case No. 35 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
