The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Muffassil P.S. Case No. 265 of 2017 dated 17.06.2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Two live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Apart from the present case, petitioner has been made accused in another case which has been instituted for the same transaction but under the Excise Act. The petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2017. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named is directed to be
