This appeal is directed against the order dated 05.05.2018 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, VII-cumSpecial Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in Nabinagar P.S. Case 93 of 2018 under sections 341, 323, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 3(1)(r)(s)(w) of SC/ST (POA) Act and 37(b), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibiton & Excise Act, 2016, whereby the prayer for bail of the appellant was rejected. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. No one has sustained any injury from the informant side. As a matter of fact, injury is on the petitioner's side. Petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2018 having no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
