1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of certiorari commanding the respondents to consider the representation given by the Petitioner on dated 21-8-23 before civil Surgon cum chief Medical officer, Nalanda, accordance with order vide letter no.759 dated 02.05.2023 issued by The District Magistrate, Nalanda and Similar order passed by the C.S-cum- C.M.O. West Champaran. Bettiah. vide letter on 1165 dated 20.05.2023, the C.S. -cum-C.M.O. Saharsa, vide letter No.1247. dated 03.07.2023, the C.S.-cumC.M.O Rohtas vide letter no.2100 dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.16110 of 2023(2) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 21.07.2023 etc. and a foresaid authority consider the similar other representation if the tight of L.P.A. no. 167 of 2016.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/order/ direction in the nature of certiorari commanding the respondents to grant pay scale and grade pay in the scale of Rs.4000-6000 instead of pay scale/grade pay of the scale of Rs.3050 to 4590 from date of appointment as clerks also appointed on compassionate ground have been granted the higher scale with arrears of dues of salary in the revised with all consequential benefits.

(iii) For issuance of appropriate write/order/Direction to the respondents to make payment of the petitioner in the light of L.P.A No. 167 of 2016."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
