2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 64 of 2023, lodged on 19.03.2023, under Sections 304B/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant's daughter has been killed by her husband and family members for demand of vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR has been lodged against entire family members including the petitioner. He submits that petitioner's antecedent is clean and he is in custody since 27.05.2023. Counsel further submits that the petitioner is husband. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is a case under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is husband and in the FIR allegation of demand is there.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Mkr./- U T
