JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 2670 of 2018, arising out of Didarganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2018 in connection with seizure of 31.5 litres of foreign liquor.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than three months and he has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
