Hence, a direction is to be given to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna while vide order dated 17.05.2018 a direction has been given to S.P. (Vigilance), Patna to ensure attendance of prosecution witnesses in the learned court below.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 17.05.2018 passed in this case is modified and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to ensure attendance of the prosecution witnesses so that the trial must be concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charge.
