11-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is a bona fide purchaser of motorcycle in question and has been wrongly and falsely implicated in the present case, he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
