The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.1.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,413,414,379,411 and 401 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner, two mobiles, five ATM cards and motorcycle were recovered and he confessed that he purchased the stolen articles. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely framed in the present case. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. Learned APP submits that there is specific accusation against the petitioner.
