The petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2018 in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named in the first information report, he has not been attributed any specific blow. It is further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and there is also a case and counter case between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
