2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341,323, 307, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with an iron rod and tore the government documents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. He submits that the injury found upon the victim is simple in nature. There is general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. The petitioner has got clean

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and submission of the parties as well as injury was found simple in nature, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 567 of 2023 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) N.K/- U
