2. Notice was issued on 12.11.2024 and in the meantime, all the three petitioners were granted provisional bail.

3. During course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the sale deed pertaining

No.74724 of 2024(4) dt.18-03-2025 2/2 to land in question was executed by petitioner no. 1 in favour of complainant, which was earlier purchased by her (petitioner no. 1, namely, Umda Devi). It transpires that she has admitted this fact. So, it is a case of purely civil nature.

4. Complainant should also be aware regarding the genuineness of the land which he is going to purchase.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 12.11.2024, is hereby confirmed.

6. The application stands allowed.
