Petitioner is in custody in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 63 of 2018 for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Amended Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent. The instant case was registered on recovery of liquor in front of the house of the petitioner. Two persons sitting near the Bamboo plants have disclosed the involvement of the petitioner and in that view of the matter petitioner was taken into custody.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.03.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
