The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 467, 468, 420, 471, 120(B), 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the accused persons by making forged and fabricated document have executed a sale deed of the land of the complainant.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62846 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 falsely been implicated in the present case. The matter relates to land dispute. The matter has already been compromised between the parties. Said fact has been stated in paragraph 12 of the application.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st class, Banka, namely, Sri Roshan Kumar in connection with Complaint case No. C-564 of 2014.
