2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 427, 448, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner hit eight years old girl Priya Kumari on her head, as a result of which, she fell down and became unconscious. The injury, caused by this petitioner, is grievous in nature.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
