JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.R.P. Kiul P.S. Case No. 299 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, he further submits that there is rivalry between the parties on account of contract of the railway parking and as well as land dispute. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2018. He further submits that there is only one fire arm injury.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant vehemently oppose the prayer for bail saying that there is allegation of firing and the firm arm injury was found on the

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is dispute between the parties on account of railway parking as well as land dispute, the petitioner has remained in custody for last three months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rail Kiul Lakhisarai, District- Lakhisarai, in connection with G.R.P.
