Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

11 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 13.07.2019 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise , Patna in connection with Special Case
