Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 511 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R was lodged against unknown with allegation that attempt was made to commit theft from the A.T.M. Machine.

Submission is that petitioner was remanded from some other case. Petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.
