Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner no. 1 apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379/307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant with sword and looted cash from the shop of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties are agnates and there is case and counter case. Doctor has found simple injuries. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
