Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner was arrested in some other case and his confession was recorded by the Police, wherein the petitioner confessed his involvement in the present case. Submission is that nothing was recovered from his possession, nor he was ever put on T.I. Parade. Investigation of the case is complete. The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2018. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36071 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jogbani Police Station Case No.17 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
