The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Belsand P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 30(a), 38(i)(ii) & 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

I have perused the F.I.R. as well as seizure list. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The prayer for bail stands dismissed.
