2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief:
"for initiation of the contempt proceeding against the opposite party for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 12.04.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 177 of 2023."

3. A show cause of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya is on record annexing the supervision note dated 16.01.2024 according to which, a new Investigating Officer was appointed with all the directions to ensure immediate arrest/issuance of process against the accused, against whom the case has been found to be true while continuing with the investigating regarding to the other accused persons.
4. In that background, this Court is satisfied that the order stands complied, the contempt petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
