Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR is against unknown. One of the accused who was apprehended by police confessed the name of petitioner of having participated in the said crime, as such I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71445 of 2019(3) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 petitioner is hereby rejected.

However, it is observed that if petitioner surrenders before the court below and prays for regular bail, his application for regular bail will be considered and disposed of preferably on the same day.
