Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioners were arrested in this case on suspicion. They have got clean antecedents and nothing was recovered from their possession.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each
