The petitioner are in custody in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent. The seizure list was prepared in violation of Section 100 of the Cr.P.C. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 1.3.2018. Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal
