JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents to make necessary correction in the name of the father of the petitioner in the result card of Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility (Trained) Test-2017. The name of the father of the petitioner has been mentioned as "Bindeshwar Prasad Mandal" instead of Bindeshwar Mandal" and only for that relief the petitioner has approached this Court. Considering the nature of correction sought in the present writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Examination Board to make necessary correction with regard to typographical/ clerical error in the name of the father of the petitioner at the earliest

Patna High Court CWJC No.20056 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
