ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2237C/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petitioners are the father-in-law and the mother-in-law of the victim girl and no specific role has been attributed to them. It is further submitted that the petitioners shall co-operate in the trial as and when required.
Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.68412 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Araria, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2237C/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
