That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the order dated 04.08.2022 of the District Magistrate, Gopalganj passed in Anganbari Misc.

Appeal No.02 of 2021 by which he has affirmed the order dated 02.02.2021 passed by District Programme Officer, Gopalganj in Anganbari Case No.4 of 2020-21 allowing the application of

Patna High Court CWJC No.16907 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 Respondent no.7 with regard to her appointment as Anganbari Sevika by cancelling the selection of the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
