Patna High Court CWJC No.17377 of 2017 dt.30-03-2018 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is for non-payment of salary.

Mr. Sundram, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to Annexure-7, the salary of the petitioners was stopped. Later on, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj issued letter no. 2468 dated 03.10.2017 (Annexure-8) recalling the order.

In view of the fact that the order stopping the salary of the petitioners was withdrawn by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj vide letter no. 2468 dated 03.10.2017, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court. The respondents are directed to act upon letter no. 2468 dated 03.10.2017 immediately and ensure payment of salary of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
