The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 354 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner, Gopal Ray and Arhuliya Devi pulled the Sari of informant and made her naked. Petitioner also instigated other co-accused to assault the informant and others.
It is submitted that no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Present case is counter blast of Rahika PS Case No. 87 of 2020 which was lodged by the coaccused Budhir Ray against the informant and others. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

No.67518 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 88 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
