Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Halsi P.S.Case No. 39 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 440 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, including Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against petitioner Sunil Kumar is of assault and there is also allegation against petitioner Subin Kumar that he assaulted by some arms on the head of the informant, causing

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that injuries are simple in nature, which were alleged to have caused by petitioner Sunil Kumar and there is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner Subin Kumar and eight other accused persons named in the FIR and allegation of firing is against petitioner Subin Kumar but that did not hit anybody. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi P.S.Case No. 39 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
