2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 135 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 307, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have given multiple blows upon the deceased which has resulted in his death. The case diary supports the prosecution case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since 18.04.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner of killing the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner though co-accused Mohan Patel has been granted bail.
