2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 118(1), 308(3), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of BNS and later on103 of BNS was added.

3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant namely , Md. Fakhruddin alleged that on 12.03.2025 at about 8:30 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68002 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/3 neck of son of informant with knife and snatched gold chain from him and also demanded Rs. 1 lakh as rangdari. It is further alleged that during course of treatment the son of informant died.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It is the specific case of the informant that F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted the deceased. During course of investigation , after death of son of informant, in the re-statement, informant named this petitioner. Except the same , there is no other material on record to show the complicity of this petitioner in the aforesaid occurrence . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM- II Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwanpur Bazar P.S.
