Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Daudnagar P.S. Case No.370 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
