The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 40 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 188, 272, 273, 414, 308 IPC and Sections 30, 36, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the has remained in custody for more than 2 months.
