1. The learned counsel for the contemnors seeks to file a show cause, which is taken on record, wherein it has been stated that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 02.08.2018, passed in CWJC No.3240 of 2012, the certificates of the petitioner and others were examined and a report has been sent by Deputy Secretary (Vigilance) Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, whereunder it has been observed that the certificates of the petitioners and others have been found to be false and forged.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such

Patna High Court MJC No.3951 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2024 2/2 remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
