2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No. 256 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that earlier, case diary was called for from the court below but the same was not sent to this Court. He further submits that he is in custody since 13.08.2023.

5. Considering aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72783 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M-1st Class, Nawada in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No. 256 of 2023.
