The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No.16 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 376, 511, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegations made in the FIR that the petitioners not only outraged the modesty of the informant, but also raped her I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
