JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR petitioner is said to have assaulted by means of rod to the informant, causing injury near his eye and when repeated blow he protected the same by hand, as such received injury to his hand also.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties with respect to land dispute and injuries are simple in nature. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63280 of 2019(4) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
