2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 28.5.2024 (annexure P 11) submitted before respondent no.2, by which she has requested to absorb her service in the light of Resolution No. 908 dated 23.7.2014 as mentioned in Memo No. 11/yu 09-39/2020 918 dated 7.7.2020.
3. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, let respondent no.2 examine petitioner's claim made in
Patna High Court CWJC No.15718 of 2024(2) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 representation dated 28.5.2024 and pass reasoned order in accordance with law after hearing the parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
