2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

3. At this stage, learned APP for the State submits that from perusal of the FIR, it would manifest that the same was executed in the year 2015 under various sections of the IPC including Section 307 of the IPC. It is also submitted that petitioner at his leisure is moving. It is next submitted that a person who does not approach the Court in time should not be granted leniency.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not in a position to rebut such submission of the learned APP as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69409 of 2025(2) dt.30-10-2025 2/2 such the court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected.
