The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Recovery of foreign liquor is alleged from the bus on which petitioner was travelling. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 02.09.2019.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62685 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Excise Case No.354C3Ex of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
