Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 216, 216A, 353, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, which are mostly bailable as well as the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sadar Police Station
