ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 30-06-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. The present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a suitable representation ventilating his grievance before the Principal Secretary (i.e., the respondent No. 1 herein) within a period of four week from today. On such representation being made, the authority shall consider the same and pass necessary orders for correction of the E-POS Machine. In case the claim of the petitioner is found

The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a representation by the petitioner. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
