The present writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to grant/approve a no objection certificate for

Patna High Court CWJC No.14932 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 Extraordinary leave to study without pay for overseas Ph.D admission in the Department of Environmental Biology and Fisheries Science at National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU), who has been selected with NTOU Scholarship. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied for a 'No Objection' certificate, as she is going to take admission in Ph.D in National Taiwan Ocean University, but till date the same has not been granted to her. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation/application before the respondent no.3 (The Registrar, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, Samastipur) within two days and on receipt of the same, the respondent no.3 shall pass an order, in accordance with law, by 07th October, 2024.

It is made clear that, if an order is not passed by 7th October, 2024, the respondent no.3 shall be personally held liable for non-compliance of the order of this Court. 6.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
