JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 25-10-2024 The petitioner has filed the above application making blanket allegation of rampant bungling in the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Patna against which an enquiry or investigation is sought. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.15729 of 2024(2) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 petitioner has also sought for quashing the transfer order issued by the Managing Director of the Corporation by which a large number of efficient and laborious officers of the Corporation have been allegedly arbitrarily transferred.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Corporation specifically points out two judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Dattaraj Nathuji Thaware vs. State of Maharashtra and Others; (2005) 1 SCC 590 and Girjesh Shrivastava and Others vs. State of Madhya Pradesh and Others; (2010) 10 SCC 707.

3. We were of the opinion that above Public Interest Litigation is utterly misconceived. Knowing our mind, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought for withdrawal of the writ petition.
