Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 and 17(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Since there is no allegation of recovery of any narcotic or any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chhatauni Police Station Case No. 50 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate
